The column names must be the database column names. Export a file first to see them. A row with an id updates that person. A row with no id and a company_id adds a person.

This import writes: full_name, job_title, email, personal_email, phone, linkedin_url, department, do_not_contact, li_position, li_strapline, li_about, li_location, li_company_url, li_followers, li_last_post_date, li_posting_frequency, li_profile_checked_at, email_source, email_checked_at. It reads id and company_id, and ignores company_name, company_website, company_country, last_activity, seniority_level. Any other name stops the whole file, and nothing changes.
